Activate your card

  1. To activate your card call 0845 505 8880 and follow the simple instructions. When calling, you will need to have your Welcome letter to hand, which includes a 4 digit activation code. You will then be given your PIN (Personal Identification Number) over the phone so you can begin using your card.

  2. If you want to choose a different PIN, you can change it at an ATM.

  3. You can then visit My Account to set up your account, check your balance and make payments. You can also check your balance over the phone using the number above.

  4. Don’t forget to sign the strip on the back of your card before you use it.
